Ingredients: Beef Protein Isolate, Egg White Albumin, Micellar Casein, Egg Noodles,
all natural flavors, spices, Vegetable Blend (Carrots, onion, celery,
spinach, bell peppers), protease.
Directions: Add 1-4 Servings of soup mix (depending on how much protein/calories you require) into 8oz water (or 16oz for 2 servings and so on). For stronger tasting soup, add less water; for lighter tasting soup, add more water. Pour boiling water directly on soup powder in a bowl or add water to soup powder and microwave for 1-3 minutes depending on microwave wattage. Let stand for 2-5 minutes, or until all material is well mixed, stir, and enjoy.
